Image Sharing & Data Protection Consent

1. Purpose and scope

This consent notice explains how personal data such as photos and messages submitted to us are kept confidential and for what purpose they are used. CranioWell takes patient confidentiality and personal-data protection seriously.

2. Photo and data use

All photos and messages are used only for medical assessment, analysis and patient counselling.
Shared images are not disclosed to third parties, institutions or commercial platforms, and are not used for marketing.
Photos and other information are viewed only by authorised specialists.

3. Storage and security

Submitted photos and messages are stored in a confidential, secure system and used only for patient-specific medical analysis.
Personal data is protected under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and related regulations.
Retention is limited to the legal period after the medical review need ends.

4. Patient rights and consent

The patient or parent/guardian may withdraw consent to storage or analysis of photos and messages at any time.
Patients may request information about how their personal data is processed.

5. Acknowledgement

By submitting the form you acknowledge that your photos and messages will be used only for medical assessment and counselling, that your personal data will be stored securely, and that you have read and accepted the terms in this notice.
